Very shy, introverted, socially awkward, friendly, intelligent; likes to help others but doesn’t do it often because she’s too shy. She’s more loosen up when she talks about the things she likes, or when she’s with someone who she knows well (like a friend or a long-time neighbour). Online, she’s quite sociable and talkative, and has many friends and acquaintances.
She doesn’t do anything without thinking of the consequences first, and she cares more about others than herself. She would never let anyone behind so that she could save herself; thus, she would not hesitate to sacrifice herself for someone dear to her.

Shy and introverted, Kagura is a young girl with few friends, who spends his days between her home and school. Due to her personality, she has trouble meeting new people and making new friends -. unless, of course, it’s on the Internet; Kagura is a NEET. In the virtual world, she’s an an explosion of joy and confidence, winning friends and admirers wherever she passes by. Her nickname, “Ange”, is known by everyone in the world of anime and all the forums and blogs, and her own blog (where she posts fanfiction) is very popular among fans of the matter. In short, Kagura’s life focuses on three things: her computer, her pets and… Food.
Her parents, Sayaka and Tomoya, are very well-known in the fashion world. She, a famous designer, and he, a renowned jeweler, are never at home because they are always traveling the world, between festivals and fashion shows. Her mother even created an exclusive collection for Kagura and her father created the glasses she wears to read. Due to her parent’s influences, she has an amazing fashion sense and dresses very well but, still, it’s not enough to give her confidence to express herself properly and make new friends, and she is even mocked and bullied the most popular girls in school — or at least, was.

Ever since she came to Academy City, she was able to meet a few people with the same interests as her and make a couple of close friends, so her social life has improved. Though this hasn’t stopped her from still being a NEET.
